Messenger: Getting Started after Migration from Ticket System
The ticket system will be migrated to the Messenger starting March 4, 2025. Please set up email forwarding to Messenger and verify your inboxes and automations after the migration.
Released: Receiving PlentyONE Emails in Messenger
Mails from PlentyONE sent to a system email address (login with PID & user name) can now be retrieved in the messenger, which allows you to receive important notifications.
Reminder: Shutdown of the Ticket System & Export of old data (older than 2 years)
The deprecation of the ticket system and the migration of your data from the ticket system is approaching. Tickets older than two years will not be migrated. For those, we provide an export on request.
Messenger: New Features for Seamless and Efficient Customer Communication
Exciting new features have been added to the Messenger: Support of OTTO, Kaufland and more, new spam filter, customised user permissions and Inline-editing in overviews.
EOL: Ticket System Discontinuation & Migration to Messenger
We are announcing the end of maintenance and support for the ticket system, with its complete migration to the Messenger by March 2025. The Messenger has been fully functional for several months, offering the same capabilities as the ticket system along with enhanced automation options for quicker customer responses. After the migration, the ticket system will be available in read-only mode for 7 days before its final shutdown. Users of the ticket system will have options to migrate their data either on scheduled dates or request earlier migrations.
