Released: Receiving PlentyONE Emails in Messenger

Users logging in with a combination of PID, username and password are assigned a system email address and until now were unable to receive mails or retrieve them on an inbox.

Starting today, the mails received on this address will be displayed in the messenger in PlentyONE, allowing them to view notifications from the Product Information Hub and, once available to them, the Service Desk.

Here are the details

  • View-only, no replies: While emails can be viewed directly in the Messenger, sending emails from that address will not be possible.

  • Limited to PlentyONE emails: Only messages originating from PlentyONE entities will be received.

  • Dedicated Messenger group: All incoming messages will be grouped within the Messenger, allowing for quick and organized access to important information.

  • No setup required: The Messenger is already preconfigured for this feature, so you can start using it right away.
