Amazon integration is switching to a new interface today, July 31! Choose between the catalogue or adapter for product/offer export. We highly recommend using the offer catalogue for price changes and new offers. Review the migration guide now!
Over the past two weeks, we’ve made several improvements to the Amazon integration. Most importantly for you: the adapter is no longer activated automatically. You can now switch from test mode to live mode yourself in the settings.
Channel Maps are now available for Amazon Product Catalogues, simplifying and scaling your data mapping process! Define common field mappings once and reuse them across multiple product types, leading to faster setup, fewer errors, simpler updates, and better data quality. Support for Offer Catalogues is coming soon.
Offer Catalogues are live now, becoming mandatory for new offers by July 6, 2025, and for all price/stock updates by October 15, 2025. Product Type Catalogues are configurable, but require migration to properties. Product data export to Amazon will be via catalogue or adapter from July 27, 2025.
Starting June 30, 2025, new requirements will apply to Amazon listings: several previously optional attributes will become mandatory and new product types apply. Please check your variations and add any missing information in PlentyONE now.
