The DocumentBuilder will soon replace the old document templates. The changeover will take place in two groups of document types with EOL dates for stable systems in February and March 2025. We recommend that you start switching now. In addition to the required document templates, event procedures and processes may need to be adjusted slightly.
From 22 July 2024, we will no longer maintain or support the old document templates or the old document generation logic. We therefore recommend that you switch to DocumentBuilder.

As previously announced, the switch of the first document types will take place shortly. From 15 February, templates for reorders, PO delivery notes and order confirmations can only be created using the DocumentBuilder.
Our new DocumentBuilder will now be the only way to set up document templates in newly installed systems. It significantly improves the way you design business documents and exciting upgrades like referrer-dependent configurations, eInvoice-readiness and a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface. We're gradually discontinuing support for the old technology a bundle of documents at a time.
A new, more user-friendly user interface for the Document archive will be available to you on 29 November 2023.
