  • System Status at a Glance: To ensure you always know the current standing, we now display the real-time status of our services directly and prominently on the landing page.
  • Relevant Answers, Week by Week: We feature a dynamic selection of recommended FAQs. These are updated weekly based on current search trends and relevance, often providing you with a solution before you even start looking for it.
  • Improved Overview: In the "Help Topics" section, you can now navigate even more intuitively to our FAQs and changelogs. We have also significantly optimized readability in these areas.
  • Changelog Updates: At the bottom of the page, you will find the latest changelog articles so that you never miss an update or feature change.
  • Always by Your Side: On the right-hand side, you now have instant access to two central tools: our chatbot for rapid assistance and a direct link to our status page.
  • Smarter Requests: When you send us a request ("Submit a Request" at the top right), the workflow now guides you more specifically. This ensures your inquiry reaches the right contact person immediately, while helpful FAQs are suggested in parallel.
  • Intelligent Search with Focus: Our search remains prominently placed but now features the ability to filter results. With one click on the left side, you can focus specifically on knowledge articles to find exactly the information you need.
