EOL: Ticket System Discontinuation & Migration to Messenger
We are announcing the end of maintenance and support for the ticket system, with its complete migration to the Messenger by March 2025. The Messenger has been fully functional for several months, offering the same capabilities as the ticket system along with enhanced automation options for quicker customer responses. After the migration, the ticket system will be available in read-only mode for 7 days before its final shutdown. Users of the ticket system will have options to migrate their data either on scheduled dates or request earlier migrations.
