OTTO Market launched Product API v5 on 11 June 2025, with a mandatory switchover by 10 December 2025. This update expands options for GPSR-relevant information, allowing multiple addresses with different roles. Important: Manually editing products in the OTTO Partner Connect portal will prevent API adjustments, as the portal already uses API v5. Please avoid manual product adjustments in the OTTO Partner Connect portal.
Starting April 28, 2025, OTTO Market will introduce a new feature allowing merchants to manage multiple return warehouse locations and carriers. As the feature is launching earlier than planned, it won't be available immediately. Merchants are advised not to make any changes yet, as this could affect shipping notifications. Interest can be submitted via a survey.
