Simplified Migration of Event Procedures to PlentyONE Flow Now Available
We have released a dedicated migration function to help you transition from traditional event procedures to PlentyONE Flow. This tool simplifies the switch to our modern automation environment, allowing you to work more productively within the Flow Studio immediately.
Centralised migration management in Flow Studio
You can access the migration function directly via the Flow Studio toolbar, similar to the existing procedure manager migration. An intuitive overlay displays all compatible event procedures available for transfer. Once you select an item, the system automatically creates a corresponding Flow and updates the status in your overview. Each event procedure can be migrated once, unless you delete the resulting Flow to try again.
You can also find information on how to use the migration functionality in the manual chapter Migrating event procedures in Flow Studio.
Optimising your workflows post migration
While the tool helps with the initial setup, PlentyONE Flow offers significantly expanded capabilities compared to old event procedures. We recommend reviewing each migrated Flow to ensure it meets your requirements and exploring how Flow’s advanced logic can further add value to your business processes. Please ensure you verify all settings after migrating an event procedure.
Also note that migrated flows as well as event procedures are not automatically activated or deactivated. This last control over the automations stays with you.
Access Requirements
This migration functionality is available exclusively for users with new plans. Upgrading your contract is a prerequisite to accessing these tools and benefitting from the latest automation features. You can find an overview of our current plans here.
