Documents at a glance: The new Document Hub replaces the Document Archive
The Document Hub brings all information about your documents into a single interface: key figures, downloads, number ranges and more.
Everything you previously used the document archive for now lives in the hub as a view. New functions come on top: with MyView, you build your own views of your documents, and you see the validation status of your e-invoices.
Keep key figures, templates and number ranges in view
The hub shows the state of your documents at a glance. You see immediately how many documents were created in the last three days and which ones failed.
- Key figures instantly: By default, the hub shows total, pending and failed documents for the last three days.
- Template usage: A panel shows which templates run per document type. The scope depends on your plan.
- Number ranges with capacity: The panel shows when a number range reaches its end.
Every team works with different documents. With MyView, you build your own views and create filters in the table settings, for example by document type. You save them as new panels and tailor the hub to your daily work.
Check e-invoices before an error becomes a problem
E-invoicing becomes the new standard for legal documents. The EU-wide uniform format is more secure and harder to counterfeit. The hub shows the validation status of every e-invoice. If validation fails, you see which fields contain the error.
The document archive moves automatically, with new download logic
The Document Hub now holds all available documents from the document archive and keeps them as a view. The document archive no longer appears as a menu item.
From now on, you download documents in the background. You start the download and keep working instead of waiting for a notification.
- Background downloads: The hub provides each document as soon as it is ready.
- 7 days of access: The hub stores documents for 7 days. You download them when it suits you.
- Download overview: A dedicated panel lists all downloaded files.
The Document Hub is active automatically. You do not need to set anything up. Find it under Data & Plugins » Document Hub in Documents. If you are using the old navigation, you can access it via the menu item ‘Data’. Find instructions in the manual.
