Since the release of version 5.0 in April 2025, we have significantly enhanced the performance and stability of our customer review functionality. To maintain these high standards across the entire platform, we are retiring legacy versions that no longer meet modern efficiency requirements.

As part of consolidating our DHL products into a single menu, we have integrated the settings for DHL Preferred Delivery directly into the core. You can still find these settings under Setup » Orders » Shipping » Shipping service provider » DHL Shipping » Preferred delivery settings.
Plugin PayPal Versions below 6.6.0
We are streamlining our payment infrastructure to provide a more stable foundation for future developments. Consequently, we will discontinue support and deactivate all PayPal Plugin versions below 6.6.0 on 04 March 2026.
Plugin File Editor
In our continuous effort to provide a more stable, secure, and modern platform for every customer, we are announcing the upcoming discontinuation of the direct file editor for open-source plugins. We are committed to remove the functionality by Oct 24, 2025.
Newsletter Integration CleverReach
The integration with the newsletter provider CleverReach is currently only used by a small number of users. The integration has not been available to new customers for a long time. We have decided to gradually remove this feature from the PlentyONE menu Setup » CRM » Newsletter » CleverReach for all existing customers as well.
