Deactivation of Customer Feedback Plugin Versions below 4.0.9 per 18 Mai 2026

To ensure optimal shop performance and preserve system ressources, we will deactivate all Customer Feedback plugin versions older than 4.0.9 on May 18, 2026.

Note: Users of the new Shop are not affected by this change, as they already use the plugin-free core integration. You can find more information here.

Reasons for the discontinuation of old plugin versions

Since the release of version 5.0 in April 2025, we have significantly enhanced the performance and stability of our customer review functionality. To maintain these high standards across the entire platform, we are retiring legacy versions that no longer meet modern efficiency requirements. This transition allows us to optimize system resources and ensure that your shop operates on a fast, stable, and future-proof infrastructure.

Required action

To ensure uninterrupted operation, please update your Customer Feedback plugin to version 4.0.9 or higher. After the deadline, outdated versions will no longer be supported or available. We recommend installing the latest version to benefit from improved stability and new features.

Note: At the time of publication, it was announced that versions below 5.0.3 would be disabled. However, due to dependencies on the plentyShop LTS plugin (versions 5.0.62 and above), only versions below 4.0.9 will be disabled.
