Since the release of Shop version 2.13.0 on 15 January, the PlentyONE core handles all customer review functionalities directly. This transition ensures that review management is a native part of your system, no plugin needed.

Note that plentyShop LTS continues to rely on the plugin, which we will maintain and update for you moving forward.

Moving these processes to the core eliminates the need to install, configure, or manually update a separate plugin.
