To ensure the stability of order imports from Shopify to PlentyONE, we have implemented a dedicated infrastructure, which ensures that your orders are handled independently of other processes in your system and are not affected by unrelated errors. This means you benefit from consistent performance and maximum reliability, particularly with high order volumes.
Exclusive to PlentyONE plans: Real-time data transfer via webhooks
On all PlentyONE plans (plentyONE, Lite, Lite+, Scale, Expand, Ultimate), a secure method for immediate data transfer via webhooks is additionally available. Here, Shopify orders are imported not upon request from PlentyONE, but as a result of a notification sent by Shopify, triggered by the placement of an order. This guarantees that orders are transferred in real time without any delay.
The Real-time data transfer via webhooks is exclusive to PlentyONE plans (Lite, Lite+, Expand, Scale, Ultimate) and the old 'plentyONE' contract.

Shopify sellers on PlentyONE plans additionally receive the Instant Webhooks feature for real-time order import. To use real-time transfer straight away, simply activate it in the Shopify assustant within your system. You can find instructions on how to do this in the manual:
