Neckermann.at and Topagers.de Integration Reaches Open Beta

We are excited to announce that the Neckermann.at/Topagers.de integration has successfully completed its initial testing and is now officially entering Open Beta!

The integration is now available to all merchants, allowing you to scale your reach across these platforms through a single, streamlined connection. You can now process live data and manage your presence on Neckermann.at and Topagers.de directly via PlentyONE.

• Single-Source Listing: Create product and offer listings once to serve both channels simultaneously.
• Unified Mapping: Utilize ChannelMaps and Catalogues to manage your data structure efficiently.
• Item-Level Control: Manage availability and stock directly at the article level for the integration.
• Seamless Order Processing: Automated import of all orders. Handle cancellations, shipping, and returns within your existing workflow. Full automation support via Flows and Event Procedures.

How to Get Started

To ensure a smooth transition into the Open Beta, please follow these configuration steps:

1. Create the Sales Channel: Add the marketplace "Neckermann.at/Topagers.de" in your Sales Channel settings.
2. Configure Credentials: Enter your credentials, SellerID, and perform your shipping service provider mapping.
3. Create a Channel Map for Neckermann.at/Topagers.de and select at least two categories – further information on Channel Maps can be found in our manual ↗️
4. Prepare all mappings within the Channel Map.
5. Create individual catalogues for the categories and link them to the Channel Map.
6. Complete the category-specific mappings in the Channel Map.
7. Create the Offer Catalogue for Neckermann.at / Topagers.de.
8. Create Product and Offer listings in the sales interface and within the Neckermann.at / Topagers.de account.
9. Activate the Crons (automated processes) in the Settings UI for "Order Import," "Item Export," and "Offer Updates."
