Messenger: External order ID is detected for OTTO, Kaufland and eBay orders

The assignment of the external order ID previously only worked for Amazon orders.

The detection has been extended so that external order IDs from OTTO, Kaufland and eBay are now also recognised and assigned accordingly. The external order ID is recognised both in the body of the message and in the subject line.
