Here's how to get started
Head over to the PlentyONE menu >> AI Assistant or open the chatbot from the main navigation and try this:
- "Give me a one-paragraph summary of how the business performed this week that I could share with my team." for a quick brief to align your teams.
- "Which items are selling fast but running low on stock, and when will they sell out?" for a prioritised reorder list based on sales velocity.
- "What changed in my revenue last month, and what drove it?", for a driver analysis of margin or revenue shifts.

"Which items are taking up the most stock but selling the slowest?" for an inventory audit to reclaim warehouse space.
For data protection reasons, you will be asked to give your consent upon initial input. Your consent is required for the AI assistant to access system-specific data and answer corresponding questions.
