On 20 April 2026, we are introducing a new Item UI. This redesign directly addresses your feedback regarding navigation complexity. By implementing a logical tab structure, we simplify the overview and management of your product data.
New: Proven tab structure and consistent UI components
The new interface allows you to find the fields and information required for your daily operations faster. Furthermore, the use of new design components ensures a consistent layout throughout the entire system.
No Action Required
No manual action is necessary for the transition. All item data is automatically available in the new user interface. You only need to familiarise yourself with the new view.
The release was originally planned for 31 March but has been rescheduled to 20 April.

For users of the legacy interface: Familiar navigation returns
The legacy item view is only available to users in systems with a PID lower than 67743.
We have heard your feedback: You prefer having item data areas arranged in tabs rather than a single view with expandable elements. The new Item UI therefore brings back the familiar tab structure. All previous functions will be clearly laid out and easy to find.
Important to know: With the release of the new Item View on 20 April 2026 (Stable), the legacy interface will be deactivated simultaneously.
Please understand that there will be no further transition phase, in which both the legacy and the new Item UI can be used at the same time.
We are aware that this change initially requires an adjustment, but we are convinced that you will quickly adapt to the new interface due to the familiar logic and improved usability.
For users of the current item view: Streamlined tab structure for simplified navigation
The areas in the new Item UI are intuitively arranged in tabs instead of expandable elements on a single view.
The current Item UI (without tab structure) remains available until 30 September 2026. Nevertheless, we recommend familiarising yourself with the optimised user interface including the tab structure now.
