Finally, less time spent on individual shop text: the AI Content Assistant sits directly in your rich text and HTML editor. Click "Generate…", enter your requirements – and get suitable text and HTML content directly in your block, with no HTML knowledge required and no detours.
What the AI Content Assistant takes care of for you
- Data-driven text generation: The assistant creates content based on your input. You can draw on data from the PlentyONE backend – for example by specifying an item ID or variant ID for suitable product content.
- Easy refinement: As soon as the assistant outputs a text, you adjust your description and regenerate the entire content with one click – as many times as it takes until the result matches your vision.
- Seamless editor integration: The assistant stays part of your familiar workflow. No switching tools, no copy-paste, no reformatting.
How to get started
- Enable AI usage – Consent to AI usage under Setup » AI Settings. An admin role is required for this.
- Switch to shop management – Navigate to Shop » Shop Management.
- Open the page in the editor – Open a page in your shop and edit a block with a rich text or HTML editor.
- Click "Generate…" – The button appears directly in the rich text or HTML editor. No additional setup required.
- Describe what you need – Enter a short description of the text you want, for example: "Write a 3-paragraph introduction for our summer sale landing page focused on outdoor furniture."
- Preview, adjust, publish – Check the generated output, adjust your description if needed and regenerate the content – until the result fits. Then simply publish.
