POS: New button “Unblock TSE PIN”

In the Fiscalisation area of the POS settings menu, a new button named Unblock TSE PIN has been added. This button is only visible for admins. In specific cases, this button can be used to unblock the TSE PIN and help with solving TSE-related issues.
