plentyShop LTS: Long-Term-Support extended until Q1/2027

Since our last update from August 2025, we have continued to develop our new, PWA-based shop system, focusing on expanding its functionality and integration. While we see a steady increase in users moving to the new platform, we remain committed to providing the necessary stability for those still utilizing plentyShop LTS.

To ensure you have sufficient time for a well-planned transition, we are continuing to extend Long-Term Support (LTS) for plentyShop LTS until the end of Q1 2027.

Continued support and planning security for your plentyShop LTS

With this extension, we aim to provide the reliability you need to manage your shop's migration at your own pace. At least until the end of the first quarter of 2027, plentyShop LTS will remain supported in the following ways:

• Continued support via the Service Desk/ticket system for the latest LTS Version.
• Ongoing fulfillment of legal requirements.
• Fixes for critical errors to ensure operational stability.

PlentyONE Shop: Steady progress and functional growth

The new shop system has seen significant functional growth in the past 6 months. We have introduced numerous features and components bundled in over 50 updates to offer more flexibility and deeper platform integration.

Transitioning to the new Shop

The time until Q1 2027 provides a window to explore the benefits of the new system.

• Design and customisation: You can choose between using the intuitive editor - no coding involved - or building a custom integration in-house or with the help of one of our agency partners.
• Modern technical foundation: The new shop is built on modern web technologies optimized for mobile devices, providing a stable and responsive user experience across all platforms.

Outlook after Q1 2027

In due time, we will evaluate whether to extend the LTS period further. Once a decision to retire the old shop system is made, we will provide a period of several months to guarantee a smooth transition.
