Every new marketplace used to mean a new setup flow, different navigation paths, and a fresh round of training. Over time, that fragmentation added up: slower launches, more room for error, and teams spending mental bandwidth on remembering where to manage things instead of actually managing them. The Channel Control Centre is built to end this.
The Channel Control Centre consolidates every channel connection into one central interface. From initial account configuration to platform-specific settings, you initiate, configure, and manage every channel from a single, logical entry point — no more navigating disparate menus across your system.
The tile-based dashboard gives you an immediate overview of your entire sales landscape: which channels are active, which are in setup, and where account-specific settings need attention.
Here's what this means for your team:
The Channel Control Centre is currently available on all systems created after 15 April 2026 (PID above 73550). If your system was created after this date, it is your default entry point for all supported channels.
If your system was created before this date, your existing setup flows remain fully active and unchanged. Nothing about your current configuration has been touched. Later this year, a dedicated migration assistant will let you move channels into the Channel Control Centre one at a time, at your own pace — designed to be self-directed and straightforward.
