New Item UI: Custom Statistics for Real-Time Insights Directly on the Item

Written by Thomas Boys | 07/05/26 12:00

Monitor the product performance directly on the item. Based on popular demand, we're bringing the custom statistics from the legacy Item UI into the new one. This dashboard provides 10+ customisable widgets for real-time insights into revenue, stock, and returns.

Actionable insights directly within your item context

Making data-informed decisions shouldn't require switching between tabs or exporting spreadsheets. In response to your feedback, we have integrated the analytics of the legacy experience into the new Item UI, allowing you to track performance metrics exactly where you manage your products. This update bridges the gap for teams migrating to the new interface and ensures your essential data remains accessible.

Complete metric parity for detailed analysis

Visualise your item data through 10 distinct metric types. Whether you need to monitor stock levels, analyse revenue by sales channel, or track return rates, the new dashboard covers all key performance indicators:

  • Revenue: Breakdown by date, client (store), country of delivery, item variation, and referrer.

  • Inventory: Stock levels, value of items, and incoming items by date or supplier.

  • Operational Health: Detailed return tracking to identify quality issues early.

Customisable visualisation

Every widget is fully adjustable to fit your specific workflow. Open the configuration panel to rename widgets, adjust time periods, filter by specific stores or referrers, and toggle cost subtractions. You can also switch between column, line, and pie charts to find the most impactful way to present your data.

Here's how to get started

On the new Item UI, navigate to the Custom Statistics tab on any item to start building your custom dashboard. Click the "+" button and provide a name for your dashboard, then use the "+" above each panel to select, which statistic you would like to display.
