Now, the functionalities are available to you directly within every Messenger conversation. Details on the new features can be found in our user manual.
For data protection reasons, you will be asked for consent upon initial input. This is required so that the AI assistant can access system-specific data and answer corresponding questions.
For the AI functions, we use GDPR-compliant models via AWS (server location: Germany/EU).
Important Note
Your control matters: Even though AI is a powerful assistant, it serves as support and does not replace human judgement. The responsibility for the accuracy of content and data protection remains with you – therefore, always briefly check AI results and AI texts before using or sending them.
On the listed plans, you have access to the AI tools to explore their value in your daily operations.
During this collaborative test phase, our first AI capabilities are included in your feature set as we discover together how they best support your specific workflows. We will keep you transparently informed about future pricing models and further developments as they evolve.
Importantly, you retain full flexibility. You can use these features now without any future obligation to continue using them on a paid basis.
