To keep full control over your data flows at all times, we're launching the new price and stock export logs for OTTO. They give you a central, searchable overview of every single price and stock synchronisation between PlentyONE and OTTO.

  • Direct comparison: Check at a glance which exact quantities and prices were transmitted to OTTO.
  • Instant error analysis in one view: OTTO error messages appear directly in your PlentyONE interface.
  • Targeted filters: Narrow your search by time period, transfer type, or failed transfers only.

How to use the export logs right away

The logs are ready to use immediately – no additional setup required.

On systems with a PID below 73550, find them under Setup » Sales Channels » OTTO » Data Exchange » Price and Stock Export Logs. 📙 Link to Manual
