We're excited to announce significant updates to your PlentyONE Shop experience! We know that migrating to a new system or setting one up from scratch can feel overwhelming, which is why we've focused on reducing complexity and providing more clarity from day one.
To help you set up your new shop for the first time, we have recorded some video tutorials for you. Depending on whether you are already using the old plentyShop LTS web shop, we have separate videos for you:
In addition to the new video setup guides, a guided tour of the shop management UI is now available.
You can find it under Shop » Shop Management » [Click the yellow rocket in the bottom left corner] >> [Click the entry "How to create and manage a shop"].
We improved the accuracy of the current shop status. This means you can rely on the displayed status, especially after activating or deactivating instances. Furthermore, you can now see exactly which Shop version you are using and whether a new update is available—right where you need it.
For agencies and developers actively integrating with the new Shop, we've added a helpful new tool. You now have the option to download the last build status if an error occurs. This allows you to quickly pinpoint the underlying issues when a build fails, speeding up your troubleshooting process.
