Note: Users of the new Shop are not affected by this change, as they already use the plugin-free core integration. You can find more information here.
Since the release of version 5.0 in April 2025, we have significantly enhanced the performance and stability of our customer review functionality. To maintain these high standards across the entire platform, we are retiring legacy versions that no longer meet modern efficiency requirements. This transition allows us to optimize system resources and ensure that your shop operates on a fast, stable, and future-proof infrastructure.
To ensure uninterrupted operation, please update your Customer Feedback plugin to version 4.0.9 or higher. After the deadline, outdated versions will no longer be supported or available. We recommend installing the latest version to benefit from improved stability and new features.
