One Cockpit, Every Channel: The Channel Control Centre is Coming to All Systems Soon

Every marketplace used to come with its own logic: different menus, different click paths, different places in the system. Managing several channels meant juggling several operating concepts — costing time and creating friction, when developing new channels or onboarding new team members. The Channel Control Centre merges the management of every marketplace in one consistent area.

Your new, unified home for channel management is coming soon

Until this point, the Channel Control Centre was only available on systems created after 15 April 2026 that did not contain existing marketplace configurations – on 30 September we're bringing the Channel Control Centre to all systems. You decide when to move which channel: a migration dashboard lets you shift your existing channels into the new interface one by one. Here's what the switch means for your channel connections:

• One central workspace: Access account settings and data mappings for all marketplace in one standardised overview.
• Consistent operating logic: Learn how to launch and operate channels once, and apply it everywhere.
• Zero setting changes: Connecting a channel updates its access point—it leaves all your existing settings, mappings, and live connections untouched.
• Self-paced transition: Move channels one by one at your own speed. Test one marketplace, explore the UI, and transfer the rest whenever you are ready.
• Guided single-click activation: Click to generate a channel tile container instantly without re-entering configuration data.
• Foundation for future tools: Establishing this unified workspace paves the way for upcoming listing management and central error monitoring.

What to expect from this release

The Channel Control Centre becomes visible for all systems on 30 September. None of your channels are switched automatically. Your old setup paths remain fully operational in parallel.

Once the update goes live, we'll notify you directly inside the system. A migration dashboard in Sales Channels » Channel Control Centre will show you which channels are ready to move. You choose the channel and the timing — your current settings keep running unchanged until then. Migrating a channel is a matter of few clicks and your settings will be transferred to the new interface. The underlying technology stays exactly the same — only how you use it changes.
