In modern multichannel e-commerce, millions of data points flow between your systems every day. If data transmission to Amazon is blocked without you realising it, you’ve often been left in the dark until now. If it’s unclear if specific stock levels and prices were actually transferred, this leads to a lot of extra manual work, blocked processes and, in the worst case, costly lost sales due to inactive listings.
To ensure you retain full control over your data flows at all times, we have released the new stock and price export logs. This feature provides you with a centralised, searchable overview of every single price and stock synchronisation between PlentyONE and Amazon. You can see exactly what’s happening behind the scenes – no guesswork involved.
This new visibility tool translates technical data into actionable relief for your daily operations:
Searchable SKU history: Find specific SKU updates instantly. You can easily track the historical timeline of your price and stock changes to verify consistency.
Instant control: Confirm the exact quantities and prices transmitted to Amazon. This ensures your store's most critical data points align perfectly across systems.
Direct error diagnosis: View the raw error responses from Amazon directly within your PlentyONE user interface.
Flexible filtering: Drill down into your data quickly by filtering the log for specific timeframes, transmission types, or error-only entries.
By surfacing this data directly within your system, we aim to significantly reduce the time required to resolve synchronisation anomalies. Instead of opening support tickets and waiting for technical diagnostics, your team can now independently identify "failed" updates, understand the root cause, and apply immediate corrections. This proactive troubleshooting safeguards your catalogue integrity and keeps SKU downtime to an absolute minimum.
This initial release focuses on your Amazon listings and covers stock and price synchronisation. However, this is only the beginning of our journey toward total data observability. Over the upcoming development cycle, we will expand this log to include:
