This not only creates unnecessary pressure on customer service, but frequently forces you into time-consuming manual checks in Seller Central to iron out transmission errors by hand. To eliminate these sources of error once and for all, we have fundamentally modernised order retrieval for Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) and the Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN).

To ensure your orders always arrive safely in PlentyONE, the system now operates with two new protective mechanisms:

• Multi-level backup process: AAmazon reports are sometimes made available with a delay, which previously caused them to occasionally fall outside the standard retrieval window. Our new backup process actively searches for such delayed reports – guaranteeing a complete import and accurate stock levels at all times.
• Self-healing system logic: Network or process interruptions will no longer result in incomplete orders. The system is designed to resume imports automatically at the exact point at which they were interrupted, following any connection failure.
