Amazon: Order item positions with quantity 0 will automatically be deleted

In some cases, orders are imported into plentysystems via the API for pending orders, but are cancelled on the Amazon side. It can therefore happen that orders with an order item quantity of 0 are completed by a report.

plentysystems deletes these order items when the order is updated. If all order items of the order have a quantity of 0, the entire order is cancelled.
